Polite Policies for Appointment cancellation
Your time is valuable, and so is ours!
All reservations require a deposit payable at the time of booking. Deposits are fully refundable only if your reservation is rescheduled or cancelled with in at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel within the 24 hours before appointment described or fail to show up for your service deposit will expire and goes towards compensating the stylist's salary and paying related expenses.
Color services patch test
All new clients should book a free. consultation. with skin test before booking a haircoloure appointment.
Consultation and test are free of charge.
